Check out some of our most frequently asked questions to help you learn more about the Ten Gems Club.
No, the club is a mix of fitness, games, self-defense, girl talk, team activities and earning our gems! You will learn useful martial arts that can be used to help keep you safe at school or with other kids. The club also empowers you to use your voice and act with confidence!
No, you don't need any experience in sports or fitness. Of course its our goal to help introduce this to you, but every girl works at their own level. Progress is very individual and everyone supports each other!
Any comfortable or athletic type clothing is great! We want you to feel comfortable and confident. (Please no crop tops, gymnastic shorts or sport bras)
Once girls complete the first session, they can continue to another session to earn more gems and complete more challenges. This also gives them a chance to strengthen friendships, improve their fitness and drill self-defense more. "The more you train, the luckier you get."
